Intelligent Fire Alarms to protect all types of buildings
Design, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

As the Responsible Person, you have the legal duty to ensure your fire alarm is installed and maintained by a competent person.
Our EAL qualified competent engineers are fully compliant with BS5839 so you can rest assured your system meets the British Standards. We can take you through every step from the initial risk assessment and design to the installation, commissioning and ongoing service and maintenance.

If you have an existing system it is the law to have a maintenance contract in place, with British Standards 5839-1:2017 recommending your system is checked by a competent person at least bi-annually. We can provide this plus carry out repairs and modifications even if your alarm was installed by someone else.

For smaller buildings we typically suggest a conventional fire alarm system, with the new 2 wire protocols significantly reducing on cabling and labour. For larger or more complex buildings, plus care homes, an addressable fire alarm system must be specified. We always choose open protocol so that you have the freedom to choose a company of your choice to carry out future works and maintenance.

Our qualified engineers have completed the Advanced Training Program, plus are competent with many other manufacturers including C-Tec, Kentec and Apollo.
